What are some good recipes to make in a five gallon cast iron pot besides the usual jambalaya?

Gumbo, Pastalaya, Etouffee, Deer or Chicken Spaghetti, Sauce Piquant.

If you use tomato sauce in it, make sure you don't leave it for a long time. If you do leave it too long you may have to re-season your pot.

What do you use to sanitize? I've been using bleach but I may try some star-san.

Why are you sanitizing your brew kettle? When you boil you wort it will kill everything, there is no reason to sanitize it.

I was using bleach, but the guy at the homebrew store sold me a bag of this powder/detergent that is supposed the be a little gentler than bleach. I used it last time and had no problems.
