That's the best way to go if you want a griddle. You actually have space to fully utilize it. At some point I will get a Camp Chef Flat Top 900.

Obviously I'd prefer 8 burners but those are too pricey

If I was going to be a frequent "griddler", that's exactly what I would get. I may get one yet.
