120 Minute IPA overhyped?

I like Dogfish head beers, but tbh I think a big part of their success is that they were one of the first brewers in the country doing what they do. Today, there are a lot of other - possibly even better - options if you want creative craft beer.

DFH has pretty vanilla options that are available around most of the country. If you can get to their restaurant in Rehobeth or close enough to DE to get more options, they have an incredible variety of unique beers. The last beer festival I went to, DFH came and brought out some pretty rare choices that stole the show.

Who hypes this beer up? What did you expect when you tried it? Its an 18% beer, were you not expecting it to taste like alcohol?

I think it is way overhyped
This is true. The two year old one I tried was much better than the fresh one

I love 120 minute, fresh or aged. It is a full bodied, complex beer. Perfect for slow sipping.

i'm in the minority but i'm not a fan of DFH (or great divide for that matter)

Not a DFH fan either. I like Great Divide Yeti and the riffs on that. Otherwise I don't care for their stuff. And I'm still bitter about Sam Caglione going all white imperialist and taking the term "Namaste" away from the Indian people.
