The burgers from Bernie's Burger Bus in Houston are pretty over the top. No pics sry

My mom brought me some chipotle mayo from her last stop there

I use it on burgers at home. I'm sure their burgers are much better though.

I think it's bullshite if you can't fit the burger in your mouth.

Agreed.

I have no problem with burgers that aren't necessarily traditional and might include some toppings that might be considered classic. But let me get it all in one bite. If it is some fancy well thought out composition then you should be able to make that happen for me.

A challenge is a 4 lb burger

A 190 burger is an obese female

It's not a challenge if it's impossible. It's just impossible.

OMG, I'm so hungry. I'd eat two of those instantly.

The link is dead, please tell me where I can get that.

ETA: Oh it's a tuna tartare burger, frick that (I mean I'd still eat the shite out of it) it's not the same as raw beef.

Flip Burger in Atlanta. I'd see if they'd serve the blue cheese burger raw.

may have to try this in vegas next week.

Burger Bar is fine but I think that Holsteins at The Cosmopolitan is superior. Burger Bar has the full customization thing going for it though.
