Yeah, but I heard (this is rumor, the fact that the corps busted it down is not) that the spot he was pillaging was the backside of the levee... If that's true, lame doesn't quite sum it all up

He has no property rights to that levee or material (borrow), nor did he have a permit. Of course they tore it down.
