There are railroad tracks between the rail and the water. So there is several feet of solid ground between the rail and water

Did they turn it off? I wish the Helicopter would just hover there so we could watch the water. Gas isn't that expensive.

And I wish WAFB would stick Jim Shannon or somebody in the spillway with a cameraman to follow the flow of water through the spillway.

Is there not live coverage anywhere else? The UStream feed has never worked for me.
