USACE HQ in Downtown BR?

Is the large USACE ship in downtown BR next to the USS Kidd the HQ for operations? TIA

Not sure, but OEP has been having helicopters landing and taking off regularly for the past few weeks. I saw a group of 3 landing this morning around 8:10.

USACE has a big boat equipped like a hotel for officers to use during flood control operations. It has about 120 rooms so I've been told. That could be it. Not bitching. I think it is a good idea to have it.

The Corps of Engineers huge towboat. Here are the particulars-
Triple screw towboat/inspection vessel, b. 1993 by Halter Marine, Inc., Moss Point, Miss.
240 x 58. Cat 3606TA diesels, 6270 hp. Reintjes red. 3.45:1. Kort nozzles. Owned by
Corps of Engineers, Memphis, Tenn.

FWIW, yes, this was the tug docked downtown yesterday. It appears to be gone, or at least moved today. I guess it's not gone.

She is definitely big. My family's company had it up on dry dock for repairs several years ago. It has a theater and everything. Self contained mobile command center. Pretty impressive towboat.
