The ORCS/Morganza Spillway will:
Both work fine 47%
One will have issues 29%
Both will have issues 7%
Catastrophic Failure/Atchafalaya = New Mississippi River 17%
Baton Rouge and/or New Orleans will:
Have no issues 28%
See minor flooding 57%
See major flooding 6%
Be wiped off the map 9%
Morgan City/Terrebonne will:
Have no issues 0%
See minor flooding in low (predicted) areas 28%
See major flooding in predicted areas /minor flooding in unexpected areas 55%
Bye bye Morgan City/Lower Terrebonne 17%
