Layer position of Bugs in frame 3 is off...makes it jump. Same with the speech bubbles.
You can also clean up some of the other weird image stuff on Bugs by only having his face change from frame to frame.

Shrink the canvas to fit the image, not vice-versa. Should solve your blurry problem.

It's cute, do away with the 2 sayings. The classic Bugs "what a maroon" saying is great.
