I can list several reasons why the win was a "gift":
1. The tipped ball on the third play of the game--the ball was "gifted" into the hands of the receiver.
2. On Lee's pass that was thrown to the UF player that led to the TD, that was a gift to the UF, not a steal.
3. LSU's failure to flex its muscles on the OL and DL was a gift.
4. (I hate to say this Tiger fans, but) My prayer for Tim Tebow to do well in the game was answered (I always pray for Christians to do their best--even if he is on UF's team). My prayer for LSU to win was not.
5. The statement by RJF was a gift to inspire the UF team.

So you ought to be thankful for the LSU gifts, not haughty to say that UF really did it all.

While I appreciate and love your devotion to your Tigers...c'mon, man. We got blown out. There were plays where we definitely didn't help ourselves, but "gift" is a bit strong.

That was funny. Hurt a little, but funny.
It's over. Next game. Move on.
See you in December.

So you only play for Christians to do well in football?

I didn't say that. I said I pray for Christians to do their best. If you don't like us doing that, argue with God (in the Bible, it says to pray for one another). So I pray for you, too. So this "loser" will be asking God to bless you no matter if a friend or "enemy".

I'm glad you feel the need to tell everyone that you pray for Christians. Shouldn't you just pray for the whole team to have a safe game and play well, and aren't real Christians not supposed to brag about praying for people. Do you think that gets you extra brownie points with Jesus?

ya. a gift. if we play the SEC championship against UF we better hope the roof of the dome gets ripped off and mud magically falls on the turf to slow them down because it won't be pretty with all that speed on turf.

Still say the funniest, non-farked image of the spoils of victory is the LSU cow dude on the field after the Blue Grass Miracle. Can someone post? Can't find it on Google.

Congrats 12. Wish you would post as often as back in the day? Are you cheating on us with another message board?

Great. I look for fellow LSU fans here in Orlando, make one statement about prayer in a post, and get attacked by other LSU fans. I would expect that from UF or Bama fans, but that's a low blow. I'm as big an LSU fan as anyone here--my Dad is a 1950 graduate of LSU and I was born there in the Old Baton Rouge General before he graduated. My first breaths were LSU. Now I know what real LSU fans are like. Thanks. See ya.
