Would you trade Kareem Hunt this week...

Currently in 3rd place at 5-2. Facing the #1 team this week. I'm favored. I'm weak at WR/QB but stacked at RB. 12th place team wants Kareem Hunt. Offered me his McLaurin. I'd have Kamara, Taylor, Gibson, Edmunds left if so. Mostert on IR. Only have 3 WRs currently: Fulgham, Parker, Boyd. Facing a week 9 bye issue with 2. QBs are Stafford and Bridgewater. He has Burrow and Jackson. Very weak at RB, but also has Metcalf.
What do you think of that? Some of the services have McLaurin higher ROY over Hunt because of Chubb coming back. But Hunt's facing the #2 friendly D this week.
Hunt for McLaurin doesn't sound favorable. How would Hunt for Burrow / McLaurin sound? Not at all, or other proposals??

I love McLaurin. But, he's on bye this week.

Yes, I'm looking longer term. I'll make the playoffs.
AND..One issue is I currently only have 3 WRs and 2 are on a Week 9 Bye. Need some WRs!

Ah.... I misunderstood I guess when you said this week. Yeah, I would do that trade. You could also think about trading one of your QBs for Burrow in the deal.

Bridgewater & Hunt for Burrow & McLaurin.
Burrow has MIA wk 13 and PITT wk 15. Stafford has CHI & TENN those weeks.

Hunt has been a borderline RB1 even when Chubb is healthy so in my opinion he has significantly more value than McLaurin who I view as WR2. If you get Burrow also its tempting as I do think that's an upgrade for you. As the other poster said, if you really are set on the deal add Stafford if needed as who needs 3 QBs. But since you are already making the playoffs, McLaurin has a really bad matchups week 14 and 16. Personally I'd want more for Hunt or someone with a better playoff schedule

This is true but 3 out of the 4 games that they played during that time frame the browns scored 34 points of more. The 1st game of the season they actually ran Hunt more than Chubb for some strange reason. The next two games Hunt got a lot of garbage time work. The fourth game was when Chubb got hurt. OBJ is now on the shelf so I’m not sure how explosive this offense will be going forward. Mayfield is really hit or miss. Chubb will be likely to get the majority of the carries when he returns as the fresher back.

I dont disagree with anything you've said. There is definitely uncertainty.
Hunt was similar to Chubb in production for 8 games last year also. Yes it pushed both to a RB2 area but the offense is improved. OBJ being out, who has been terrible in all but 2 games this year, doesn't concern me. I like McLaurin, but like I said, I'd want more or someone who has a more favorable playoff schedule. If I couldn't find it, and Hunt is a bench player for me, I'd take McLaurin/Burrow for Hunt/Stafford.

The only reason that OBJ concerns me is that even though he wasn’t very effective in every game he still had to be respected as a deep threat and a playmaker. I would agree with trying to get a little more for him though considering how well he has played up to this point
