Would you trade Dalton Schultz for Justin Fields?

I have TJ Hockenson but it’s a keeper League where you keep 1 player and only forfeit the round the player you keep was picked in. Fields was picked up as a waiver and I’d only give up a 16th next year to keep him on my team.
