I'm in 1st or 2nd in all 3 of my leagues with Demarco on every roster.

League 1: Murray, Gordon, McCoy
League 2: Murray, Gordon, McCoy
League 3: Murray, Ajayi

I drafted both demarco and Gordon. Traded Demarco after week one for bell.

I am currently in 2nd but have lost only once since bell and brady came back.

I would think Forte would be a good choice, wasn't he a rather late round pick?

I took zeke, bell with my first 2 picks and traded Howard for Evans when Howard first took the job over along (also had to package Jordan Mathews)
Now I'm looking like
Winston/Wilson
Jordy Nelson
Mike Evans
Zeke/bell/gore/morris/d will/gilsee/ Perkins
Kelce/ graham
Zona defense

Needless to say I had a nice chub going on during the Pitt/Dallas game

The first place guy in one of my leagues has David Johnson, Zeke, and Gordon. Zeke fell to the third and he got Gordon in the fourth. He has been dominating all year, his WRs are Cooper and Benjamin.

Well duh. Woodhead went down on Week 1, otherwise he'd be vulturing a large number of touches. It wasn't brilliant to draft Gordon in the mid rounds, just lucky that the RBBC in San Diego got blown up early in the year

Exactly. This is a classic scenario that expresses how much luck is truly involved in fantasy football.

Gordon was a good mid round buy simply bc he was bound to improve on the 0 TDs he scored last year. You were still looking at a 250 touch RB w woodhead in there. He had a RB2 floor built in w RB1 upside if the TDs fell - that Made him a great mid round buy compared to others who went around him. Low risk high reward

Now, the vacated woodhead touches (mainly through the air ) catapulted him into top 5 territory

Those TDs are the X factor though

Brady, Ajayi, and Gordon are top candidates.

That is considering Ajayi gets it going like it he did the past 3 weeks..although he did get the volume, just no TDs and 1 catch.

The answer is likely Demarco and Gordon. Both guys drafted around the 6th or 7th round and are right there with DJ and Elliott as the best backs in the league.

In my league, Murray has only 1 game where he hasn't reached at least 20 points. The other 3 I mentioned all have at least 3 games under 20, not that it's something that bad though b/c most of those are like 16 point games.

Some other sleepers are Brees/Ryan, Olsen, Crabtree, and Blount.

This year seems to be more about the guys that got hurt or aren't producing than are.
