Which RB would you prefer moving forward Tate or Miller?

I have both to go with Forte. I am in a pretty good spot except for WR. I have Jeffery, Garcon, Wright and Matthews and have to start 3 of the every week. Gonna flip either Tate or Miller for a WR. Which would you rather have?

Lamar Miller, no question. He has no competition for touches whereas Tate splits with Crowell.

I sort of thought the same thing, but have you looked at Clevelands upcoming schedule? Its insane how run friendly it is.

I think it is close.

Tate does split, but it is more of a 70/30 split than a true split. Plus the Browns show more of a commitment to running the ball.

Demarco Murray splits carries too.

The Dolphins are as committed to the run as just about anyone. I think it's Miller and it's not particularly close.

Tate's injury history is enough to sway it to the Miller side. Miller has been great in that new offense.

All things being equal, Tate is probably a better back, but the dude is made of glass

The Browns have run on 52% of their snaps this year, the Dolphins 42%.

Miller owner?

Miller has gotten 15 carries at most in any game. Tate has gotten 22 and 25 since back from injury. Tate def has the better run blocking OL and Tate has proven that he produces at a high level in the NFL. Miller has done nothing outside of a couple game this year.

I agree about Cle's OL but now Mack is done for the year.

Uhh what? Miller has had one bad game this year. He's either gone over 100 yards or scored a td in 4 of the 5 games. He's been solid.

Browns run more often, but Miller is a viable receiving option for Miami.
Here's the stats...
Tate - 53 attempts 253 yards 2 TD, 1 rec for -2 yards and 0 rec TD on 2 targets.
Miller - 63 attempts 330 yards 3 TD, 15 rec for 93 yards and 1 rec TD on 20 targets.

This all comes down to who you think will stay healthy, and as a Ben Tate owner in 2 leagues, I'd rather have Miller.

40 yds and a TD isn't what I'm looking for out of a starting RB.

He's the #12 RB in ppr, while being consistent. I'd say that's starting Rb numbers.

shite his last 3 games he's scored 17.2, 18.7, and 16.3. But I guess that's not good enough for your team

Well my top 2 RBs, Fred Jackson and Tate are averaging the same as Miller since Tate's return from injury(maybe even better) so no Miller wouldn't be one of my top 2 RBS.
