In his first 4 weeks as the Starting RB, he was great and he was getting 20-25 touches per game. In the last 4 weeks, he hasn’t scored more than 8 points and is only getting 8-12 touches per game.

I know CMC was back for one of those, but WTF are the Panthers doing with him? He was a great receiving back early on and now they just use him mainly as a blocker in the pass game.

ESPN has him projected to get 15+ points this week for the 5th straight week, but I have no confidence in the guy anymore.

Curtis Samuel happened if I had to guess.

Either give those touches to an explosive athlete like Samuel or someone meh like Davis.

Samuel has 10 rushes over the last 5 games.

I mean, he’s averaging 5.0 YPC. He’s been good when they actually give him the ball.

He's going to frick some people this week banking on this great match-up on paper.
Teddy B isn't looking good for Sunday, but Rhule said he'll see how he looks the next couple of days.

I'm starting Davis myself, but won't be surprised if he underwhelms again

Meh, the better response is that he is in a good system. He is not a starting NFL back and it’s starting to show. I picked him up and used him, so I’m not saying he’s bad.

Sure, he will have some good fantasy days, but in the end he is still Mike Davis. A solid backup RB with some upside in a good system.

2nd in the NFL in average yards after contact

1st in NFL in missed tackles forced per touch

5th in the whole league in Yards after Catch

Carolina just stopped giving him the looks

So not much confidence in him to start producing?

My only choices over him are Tim Patrick, Jalen Reagor, and Carlos Hyde. Not sure I like any of those.

Patrick and Reagor are both trending towards droppable.

If you do the same thing every week in the NFL, you won't win many games.

Game script/gameplan. More passes against the chiefs and falcons. I expect more of a running game focus for this game
