Week 7 QB Bye Week pickup

I've got Foles on a Bye, I don't have a backup.
I'm probably going to need to drop Wheaton to pick up a QB.
Scoring for QBs is 1/25, 1/4.

Ryan Tannehill v Chi
Austin Davis v. Sea
Blake Bortles v. Cle
Derek Carr v. Ari
Brian Hoyer @ Jax
Kyle Orton v Minn
Teddy Bridgewater @ Buff
Geno Smith/Vick @ NE
Those are all of the starters available, in order of projected points. Who would you pick up?
Alex Smith seems like the no brainer. I'm kind of surprised that Hoyer gets so little projected v Jax.

Down between Alex Smith, Hoyer or Tannehill but I'd probably lean towards Smith

Smith or Hoyer
Hoyer on paper has the better matchup but everywhere I have seen, not projected as many points as Smith......but you know how projections go. Good Luck!!

Is probably go Hoyer. Toss up but I don't know how you wouldn't like the match up with Hoyer
