Marvin was letting the OC make all decisions regarding the RB's.
I thought it was Marvin as well, but Sirius had a Bengal Beat writer on and Lewis basically let Zampese run the show as far as personnel decisions on offense.

He had a lot of hype when the dolphins hired him with Philbin. He was supposed to bring a Green Bay type offense with him. He didn't last a year
