Thats bullshite. Trades shouldn't be vetoed based on whether or not its fair or who's team it helps.

Cheating is cheating and it doesn't take an idiot to figure it out. The veto should be to prevent dumping/cheating/collusion.

The league veto is also stupid unless you don't have a competent, unbiased commish. The only reason people vetoed this trade is because it would make one or both of the teams involved a lot better, and you voting pussies didn't want that to happen.

Example: Imagine your 2 best RBs get hurt tomorrow and you're stacked at WR. If everyone decides to veto your attempt to give yourself a fighting chance, then you are completely fricked and you've been essentially been eliminated from winning the pot in week 6. I would almost be inclined to ask for my money back if everyone was that immature to where I couldn't even get a trade like Marshall for MJD done

Meh whatever, glad you're not in our league. The trade isn't fair. Marshall's numbers are going to suffer because Miami is going back to the bread and butter ground game. MJD gets a shite ton of carries. It's not fair. The dude who is trying to get MJD already has LT, AP, and Tolbert. WTF does he need MJD for?

You don't get it dude. It's not your's or anyone else's position to predict how a given player is going to produce and force it on another player in the league. You describe above the most classic examples of things that aren't correct to veto a trade over.

shite, anything is subject to interpretation then. I could say I think Peyton Manning is going to struggle for the rest of the year, maybe I can get him for Kyle Orton.

I'm not being a pussy, I'm tired of this commish trying to pull this bullshite all season long to benefit his team.

He got that Roddy White trade to go down somehow and then he tried switching playoff teams allowed from 6 to 8, when it's already too many as it is. We shot that down too. Due to waiver wire pickups and that Roddy White trade going through, he has now dug himself out of a hole. We had to shoot him down on the 8 team playoff.

MJD is outscoring Marshall by 15 pts in a non PPR league. Jesus you're being a vagina about this.

Why can't people run their team how they see fit? Pathetic

a commissioner doing anything but running his own fricking team and cleaning up any messes that arise is absurd.

If I was in a league like this I'd do everything I could to create havoc. Dropping really good droppable players, sitting players so I could lose to teams that need wins, whatever.

Because the commish has pissed a ton of us off. And I still don't think it's a fair trade, but whatever. And I'm dead serious about the playoff situation. I made a thread on here about it. I come here to get your everyone's opinions.

Way to hit me where it hurts.

Seriously you're a pussy and an absolute bitch. How do you know miami is going back to the ground game? What have you been seeing at practice? What have they been saying in the coaches meetings? Is it because Henne put up 360 against the frickING JETS and then followed up the next week with 300 against the Patriots? No really, thanks for the insight Adam Schefter.

It doesn't matter anyway. The point is that you shouldn't be allowed to decide how other people manage their teams unless they're cheating. If its a money league and I was one of the parties in that trade i would quit the league

I have no problem paying if he wins. I don't think the MJD trade is that fair, but that's just me I guess. Like I said he has just been shady as shite this whole season, and it seems to be a growing sentiment among the league. Probably why the trade got vetoed.

Hmm the computer tends to agree with me. Besides, the guy trading away MJD is a dumbass and his team is terrible.

quote:

Maurice Jones-Drew is the most valuable player involved in this trade.

In a 12 team league, I would recommend being careful about trading away my top RB. If Maurice Jones-Drew is top RB on Team 1, then they might be wise in reconsidering this trade.

Overall, I think Team 1 is giving the most in this deal. The margin appears to be a significant difference. Team 1 should decline this trade.

Just because the dumbass didn't decline it, doesn't make it collusion. I understand your hatred towards the commish and I think he's a douche as well from what you've said, but this trade isn't really that terrible. If each team has different needs, this could very well fill both teams needs. Yes most will agree mjd is better...but it isn't collusion. You should realize you are playing with a shady commish and a dumbass in your league...seems like many dumbasses though with all the vetoing. I would just never play this stupid league again.
