My rb's currently are freeman Ingram Thompson, duke johnson, gio, and Ellington. my wr's are obj fitz and diggs and d Parker.

Is it a keeper league? Why is David Johnson even fostered if not, much less being traded?

Yes, keeper.
Johnson and Evans have no keeer value. Thompson is a cheap keeper because I got him as a free agent.
