and I did like Vick as a value pick with how late he was going. Now if he keeps rising? Meh

I don't suspect the rise will be too dramatic. It's not exactly breaking news that Vick is the starting QB. The people that want to wait for Vick will still wait.

I'd actually be fine with any of the top 12 QBs as my starter, so I'm waiting late on a QB. Only concern is people taking backups earlier than they should and getting stuck with Andy Dalton or Josh Freeman

I almost had Stafford fall to me in the 5th where I was. Someone else took him in the 5th 7 slots ahead of me.

My plan was Stafford then Vick late with the way the draft was going. Still went Vick late. So still pleased.

Yahoo predicts my team to go 10-3 and I have the 3rd easiest schedule out of 12 in our league.

You don't have to start a game to get points.

Kaep played in 13 games, Vick played in 10, and Kaep only had 20 more points than Vick. I can play the numbers game too. The fact is that starts and GP don't tell the whole story.

If you look at the numbers, they are similar.

He threw 9 total passes up until he took over the offense in week 9. You're not good at playing the numbers game.

How many fantasy points is 9 passes?

I watched him play, they didn't bring him in to throw.

He'll be huge for a few games but will likely end up hurt. I like him as a backup fantasy qb that you can spot play if/when healthy. Pretty good value where he's being drafted around the 13-14th QB off the board.

It illustrates how little he played. He had 13 rushing attempts in those games.

If anything he points per snap during that time should tell you something

I'll still stick by Tannehill will be at least as good as Vick if not better but end of the season.

Prediction for Tannehill 3800 yds 20 TDs.

It tells me that they brought him near the GL, the stats tell me the same thing

He had 4 rushing TDs and 178 rushing yards in games he didn't "start" which equated to 41 points

He had 200 yards passing in the games he didn't "start" which equated to 8 points.

They also tell me that they protected him and didn't call on him to run near the GL as much when he became the starter. 1 rushing TD after he took over the starting role.

What would be the terms of the bet?

Whoever has more fantasy points

Pretty simple terms

That is a gross misrepresentation as to what the debate was about.

I would bet that if they both played 16 games, that their numbers would be similar.

Similar would be within 40 points or 2.5 ppg.

Similar was also my only claim, and what Gyno has been arguing against.
