Cowboys select:

Timmy Jernigan, DT

Cowboys love upside picks and Jernigan is young and talented. They need DL in a bad way, and he can provide the type of interior pass rush threat that can make the players around him better.

Dammit! I've been keeping up with this for days since and checking constantly. Just got tied up and too busy. I like to the Gilbert pick though. I would have picked Dennard from Michigan state instead

I see that now. Gilbert will fit in just fine. Steelers need a good return man as well

The Baltimore Ravens select OT/OG Zack Martin

Baltimore's offensive line struggled last year so with this pick they take the best available O-lineman. Martin played tackle in college and perhaps he could play tackle in the pros but his size is a bit of concern. Either way, he has the kind of versatility the Ravens need on a line that needs to get tougher.

WR is a need but in a draft loaded at WR, Ozzie Newsome and co. can find help later on.

I'm not a bamaa fan at all but jets can get a starting caliber wr in the second or 3rd. Best safety starting right away

He never showed me much at Bama. I have Calvin Pryor ranked higher than him. The Jets are in desperate need at safety.

With the 19th pick of the 2014 MSB draft, the Miami Dolphins Select:

CJ Mosley Jr. MLB, Gumps

Would not be surprised if the Dolphins traded up for a top 7 pick just so they can solidify one of the top-4 OL. They desperately need to revamp that OL, but if all or taken and they wait for the 19th pick, they could easily go for Mosley. Mosley is a player with a lot of miles on his tires, but he is a leader and a commander on the field (we have seen this in our time watching him play). Mosley could be that backbone that the Dolphins have been missing ever since the Zach Thomas era was finished.

Ok here's the deal. When the second round roles around anybody who did not make a pick in the first round is going to be booted and their teams will be dispersed between those that did.
