The death of a league. Pour one out for my league.

I started in this league in 1992!!!
Found out today that we won't continue it? I'm somewhere between denial and anger in the stages of grief. 25 years man.
It ain't right. Wahhh.
Why didn't they decide to do this shite 2 years ago when you could play fan duel or Draftkings?

No. Not recently.
The league is so old though that two people have passed. One tragedy and one natural causes.

I feel your pain brother. Lost my old college league last year after over 20 years.
Came here looking for a new one and found The Auction League. Was a blast. This is year 4 and looks like a couple owners are dropping out. It's good posters and makes things on TD even more interesting.
You should join up.

that experience is so addictive to me. I won $125 the first time I played and have been a sucker ever since.
regular season long leagues are better while Draftkings is like buying a lottery ticket except you have better odds for some kind of return.
I make a short trip once a week during football season to play it still. Have to drive to Mississippi to enter contests now (Alabama is illegal).
If and when they stop DFS for good, I won't be mad but in the mean time I'm stubborn enough to keep trying.
