I'm proposing to trade Sproles and my 5th rounder for your 1st rounder.
Sproles ADP in a PPR format this year is 31 which means he almost for sure will be one of the first guys to go off the board early in the 1st. If you have a mid-late 1st round pick, you can nab a top RB2 if not a solid RB1 for damn good value considering he almost for sure will not be there later in the 1st.
Consider this: Last year Sproles was the 5th highest scoring RB in our league format and 21st highest scoring player overall. See for yourself:

That sounds good. Let me think about it for a bit today. I'd hate to lose that #4. Believe it or not, I actually had a plan and was going to change one of my keepers. LOL
Now, if I can get someone to work a trade for H. Nicks to get back a first rounder (or something really close), I'd do the Sproles trade right now. If I can get this going today as well, I'd be game, because I have an idea as to who my third keeper would be then:
Sproles, Bowe, and XXXX
Nicks for a first rounder anyone?

Unfortunately guys that I communicate with (Swamp, OBUDan, 31) seem pretty set with their keepers.
And I wouldn't look at it as losing your first rounder. You're basically just securing a solid PPR RB1 with that first round pick. In a league where the top 36 players approximately are off the board before the draft ever starts, to get a guy for the 4th pick (or in essence the 40th best player) that's got an ADP of 31 is insane.
Be like trading a 4th round pick for a 3rd round pick if that makes sense.
Furthermore, I really don't see Sproles falling far. We'll see what shakes out but I would assume he'll be 1-2 best of the remaining RBs I would imagine.
