Saturday - Monday the players left over from waivers that were ran throughout the week can be added. Did this in case there's an emergency before kickoff. Most of the good players will be claimed on waivers before Saturday.

Come to think of it. This will allow anyone to grab a possible breakout player due to an injury as soon as it happens on Sunday without having to go through FAAB, won't it?
