Port or Alum. Just post what transaction you wanna make on the league message board which should suffice in my opinion. Then the commish can push it through when he sees it. Just make sure you post who you are gonna take out of your starting lineup for whoever your picking up. This seems fair to me and it's what we do in one of my other leagues

Also I know like 90% of the league has my contact info. MWG is the only one who reached out today. I had no idea what was going on but could have fixed it. Stop bitching and start being proactive.

It should be good going forward. I didn't notice the whole "first week" option but I guess it's because the 1st part is considered the off-season.
