why naw? if its mainly luck with keepers and mainly luck w/o keepers, whats the point of changing the rule?

You must not be aware of the changes in scoring...we haven't voted yet but it's going to pass based on the feedback i've received.
top scoring half of the teams get a win, bottom half get a loss...
if we go to 12 in each conference, the top 6 scoring teams each week would get a win and the bottom 6 would get a loss. instead of the same old head to head, you would be playing against the entire league (or conference in this case).

Here's what I posted in more detail, only the amount of teams would be different:

It would be kind of like a combo of Roto and Head to Head. The better teams don't have to worry as much about fluke losses. You still get a win or a loss. If you have a bad week or if other teams go off, you lose. You are playing against the entire league, but week to week scoring still matters.
Most of us are in standard head to head leagues, so I think this would be a cool change from those leagues. I think it would be more competitive because instead of fighting against one team, you're fighting against the league. Like Toula said, the last week or two would be crazy because several teams could be fighting for a playoff spot.

i like that scoring system. my ONLY big issue is doing away w/ keepers.
