the league tab on the top left. put your mouse on it and they have a horizontal drop down listing. To the right they have "polls"

I am pretty ambivalent about the bottom feeder penalty. If they are active and suck, then shite happens and I think they suffered enough. However, if they have not changed their rosters in weeks and just stopped caring, then frick em.

Looks like we need to select the method on how we're going to do the standings....there's not an option to to the 6 wins, 6 losses, but there are some pretty interesting options:
