As long as he does it consistently. I think adding a rule that you must at least have an active player in every starting slot would be good.

By the second time around those guys might all be playing.

Plus the schedules are never going to be totally fair across the board.

Hadn't looked at rmcc's team until I read this thread...if that's his strategy, I don't see him coming back regardless of his past success. And he should at the very least put real live uninjured major league players in his starting lineup.
