I actually thought this year went better than past outside of SFP selling
6 teams fought till the end. A couple are fighting in losers bracket

We don't have any 18 win teams this year. The scrub teams for the most part waited until the end to sell completely out and they can still win a couple of cats a week.
Wiseguy hasn't even traded for picks.

yeah i know i kind of pulled a dick move but i just couldn't pass up that deal. my only other option was basically to deal picks 1-3 and still be at a deficit to toula and i've done that before and it sucks. ryno and evans being possible trade bait also hurts me
my team just turned out to have too much uncertainty. way too risky to mortgage next year
and let me reiterate that knot is now in the top 3. i was a contender who fell behind the arms race and i don't know if i could have caught up but knot basically did yesterday,so in terms of the league it's a wash.

He has a chance but I don't think that trade put him up there with Toula and Gyno. You were pretty close to them before the deal.

well if westbrook hadn't been put on the block i would be trying to make small moves to improve. i just couldn't pass it up

I do like the throwing in the towel early rule. $10 for every future pick trade. you wanna throw in the towel and make this year less fun/competitive? sure. but it ll cost you. for the record. I would've contributed an extra $40 to this years kitty.

i was trying to make 2 small moves to shore up my big men
there was one "major" guy that could have swung me in terms of cats but he was almost assuredly too expensive to take the risk
i don't like to discuss deals so i'm being vague but yeah after you and gyne's big moves i was in the doldrums. that's why i posted that clip. sometimes you gotta know when to fold em and cut your losses
