So what happens when the 5-6 guys in both dynasty leagues don't like one of their teams? Gonna hop from one dynasty to another?

Yea. last 2 rounds were first year player draft (meaning Simmons would be in main draft) and anyone else left in the pool.

I think a Greak/KAT + Jarret Allen/Kyle Kuzma type is equal to a Butler/Boogie + Lonzo/Fultz type.

Maybe it's me, but I don't understand where you are coming from here. I like fantasy basketball. Playing in one league that is the same format isn't going to change that.

I can just see this being an opportunity for someone with a bottom barrel team in TDBA to bounce because their other team is better. Maybe I'm wrong, just something I foresee down the road.

PCT - I don't think PCT would do that.
Toula - Contends every year no matter what.
Papps - His team sucks, slight chance.
MattyV - Top 3, makes $ every year.
Boom - He has Harden, he aint lettin go of that.
Myself = I'll let you know at season's end.

Y’all didn’t have time for the dynasty baseball but ya wann run two dynasty bball leagues? It’s still a daily grind in b-ball.

The whole reason TDBA is great is bc it’s fhe only one and it gets eveyone’s undivided attention

Hardly. Basketball is so much easier to manage. I know dick about minors in baseball. I was relying on Toula for that.

What is the difference in doing TDBA and TDBBL at the same time like I have for the last 4 years or whatever? Because one was a dynasty and the other one wasn't? I don't buy that. I root for the guys that are on my roster...will do the same. This league isn't a threat to TDBA at all. We have owners who can do both. The ones who only want to focus on one aren't in this league.

Yeah, 6 out of 14. The majority of the league is a different cast of characters. The people above won't neglect TDBA.

I played in both, there was a wholesale difference in TDBBL and TDBA. The difference being setting up a whole roster for the future keeps one engaged year round whereas the keeper was set up your 5 guys and go cruise crontol if you weren’t a contender

The singular dynasty leagues in baseball and basketball had killed off any other league, bc they are year round and competitive and one of kind. They get full attention from owners

Yea mate, I watch at least one hoops game a night. Can figure out what happens across the league in 5 minutes in the morning on the crapper.

I think you especially know the amount of time goes into FSBDL to do it right: Minor league box scores, pod casts, articles, etc. I put a lot of time in year 1 and we were pretty stout. This past year it slipped and I was getting proposed trades with dudes I never heard of.

Some different owners, get SFP and bjl engaged, and this league will take off.

Won't impact TDBA, good group going on year 4 with zero turnover. Everyone seems invested in their teams.

meh I put tons of time into b-ball year round, even in the offseason. Reading shite and what not. Then the regular season work. I just assumed everyone put that much focus into their teams. I like the idea of everyone’s focus on one league

I see Thomas’s point too. You’re doing well in one league, the other takes a backburner. Idc what kind of pedigree of owner people think they are, it’s just a natural inclination

But like you said, it all becomes a lot of work. Gotta slowly back away from all fantasy S it’s too time consuming. This would be my out though and I’d pass my team on to an active guy like Darryl if he would be inclined
