I don't know how to fix it unless we start penalizing draft pick position for those who are inactive in a week and impact categories.

Hold on Port. I’m the only one who admitted to it. And it was one day. And it was after I noticed None continuing to bench starts.

I’m sorry but the past two years, people not setting lineups has directly affected the bottom of the standings (where) I’ve been and was honest setting my lineup.

So I got fed up with it.

I think a first step is to make the lottery available to all non-playoff teams. But I’m also all for penalizing draft pick positioning.

I like the top 3 lotto. Over the years, the bottom 3 are the ones who need that top pick to turn things around.

I think a simple fix if you sandbag a week (by accident or on purpose) that improves your draft position, you drop a spot in the final draft order.

Each occurrence cost you a draft slot.
