I was speaking in general terms, but your acquisition of Tolbert (at like #12 ) kind of dispels that theory. Never know who hasn't been studying up.

EDIT: I whiffed on acquiring Tolbert before you as well.

no time share for the #1 offense in the league?

Ah, so I should sacrifice my season for the opportunity to go winless for another week. Nope, I'll take a loss this week with my present team so that I'll remain stronger over subsequent weeks (barring injury).

But thanks for the charitable offer.

huh? How was the offer sacrificing your season? It was just moving bye weeks with equal aspect players.

You don't even have enough players to submit a full roster. Regardless of reason, that pretty piss poor sportsmanship. And I think if I looked, ESPN would have that stipulation in the "Fair play" guidelines....I know Yahoo has it.

Every offer I sent out still left me with the ability to submit a full roster.

Everyone happy with their waiver pickups? I'm glad I got Kuhn - but I guess when you're 1-2 you can generally get who you want.

yeah, again surprised I got Blount. With the lack of even free agent plug-ins and with bye weeks coming, little surprised when a Legit shot to unseat and become primary starter goes forgotten in favor of 2 def and 1 kicker waiver claim.....

really a kicker over a RB?

Yeah - I needed a rb this week, but had to have someone who would definitely play - can't wait around for a guy to possibly unseat someone later in the year. Dunno about a kicker though...

Just saw Torain wasn't picked up either, what's with ya'll?
quote:

Ryan Torain is listed as the No. 2 RB on the Redskins' latest depth chart.
Torain is behind Clinton Portis and ahead of of Keiland Williams, which falls in line with what we saw Sunday against the Rams. If you own Williams, feel free to swap him for Torain.

quote:

With seven carries in Week 3, it appears Ryan Torain is now the No. 2 back in the Redskins' offense behind only the fragile Clinton Portis.

quote:

Clinton Portis said his wrist injury had nothing to do with his reduced playing time against the Rams last week.
Portis played just 24 of 54 snaps in Week 3 and barely sniffed the field in the second half. "It ain't nothing to clarify; it was the game plan, bro," Portis said

translation: I want to use Mendy one more week, then try to trade him because I will have absolutely no RB to replace him during his Bye Week. And of course I will want top dollar for a bye week RB who doesn't catch any balls.

um...sound about right? You'll be more desperate next week than you will this week.....even with Mendy going against one of the better run def's in the league......but It's your prerogative.
