TB Backfield- Hands off?

About a month ago, I offered up Thielen for Ronald Jones II and a 2021 2nd in a Dynasty league. Given the uncertainty of the season at that time, he tabled discussions because he didn't want an aging receiver that was going to lose this year.
Now that we're definitely having a season, he messaged me asking if the deal was still on the table, but of course, now the RB situation in Tampa is a little less clear. I think Thielen regresses some this year with their WR heavy draft, but I'm really on the fence about this deal now. Thoughts? Other RBs are CEH, Ingram and Kerryon, which is why I was looking for a little upgrade in the first place.

The best take I heard is RoJo probably starts as the lead back, taking 2/3rds of the 1st and 2nd downs. Depending on Fournette’s production, that could flip over time. I’d bank on Fournette getting goal line.
Then you have Shady who may be the 3rd down back if he doesn’t fumble every damn play.
Tampa backfield has a lot of value, it’s just risky to consider any of them higher than RB3 right now. You may get lucky, and a cheap Fournette trade/draft spot could play out great, but it’s a risky move.
RoJo and Barber all over again.
Then you have Shady who may be the 3rd down back if he doesn’t fumble every damn play.
Tampa backfield has a lot of value, it’s just risky to consider any of them higher than RB3 right now. You may get lucky, and a cheap Fournette trade/draft spot could play out great, but it’s a risky move.

I guess your question was really around Rojo and dynasty. Thielen is still a stud, but 30yrs old.

Devante, Robby Anderson, Christian Kirk, Manny Sanders, Hunter Renfrow, Perriman, James Washington. A bunch of young guys with pretty good upside, and Sanders.

For all intents and purposes you're tanking if you make that trade.
Kirk and Perriman are fringe flex guys that will have a few good weeks

I think this year is Kirk's year to rise. Fitz is 37, and scored most of his points in Weeks 1-3 last year- I expect Kirk to be #2 behind Hopkins. I had higher hopes for Perriman, but he's spent most of this offseason injured, so we'll see how that shakes out.

Fournette has become great in pass protection, a devastating blocker. I think he'll end up being on the field the most out of the RBs. Also, he's simply the most talented of the bunch.

Sometimes I wonder about some of y’all when it comes to Fournette

I recall seeing some big blocks from him last year, he was probably just asked to do it more last season than anytime in his career. Him being a physical blocker does not equate to being good in pass protection, as PFF is pointing out there (I guess, don't know what to make of some of their stats). Bet he does better blocking for Brady.
