So I was active on free agency this week, and I have no idea what to do with my lineup.

PPR 1.5 with a superflex.

RB:
CEH @ Denver
Le'Veon Bell @ Denver
Mike Davis @ New Orleans
J.D. McKissic vs Dallas
Justin Jackson vs Jacksonville
Zack Moss @ Jets

WR:
Calvin Ridley vs Detroit
Chris Godwin @ Las Vegas
Travis Fulgham vs Giants
Tim Patrick vs Kansas City
Jerry Jeudy vs Kansas City

Because there may be snow, I don't really like Patrick or Jeudy, and I'm inclined to drop Jeudy anyway. I don't know what Kansas City's backfield is going to look like, so I'd feel like an idiot benching one RB over the other. I really like Fulgham and McKissic this weekend, but I have to pick one.

I'm 3-3, and my opponent this weekend is in a situation with byes that he's starting Greg Ward and Antonio Gibson, so I can take some chances and still have a strong chance to win. So here's how I thought my lineup should be:

QB: Rodgers
RB: CEH
Bell
WR: Ridley
Fulgham (thursday night)
TE: Waller
Flex: Mike Davis
Chris Godwin
Superflex: Joe Burrow

That leaves J.D. McKissic and Justin Jackson on the bench, although I like their matchups. That also leaves both Denver WR's on the bench, and I don't feel bad about that at all.

Am I doing something stupid? Besides drafting a rookie in round 1?

I would replace Bell with Davis and put Patrick in that spot.

That's probably the smart call, but it scares the shite out of me.

I know if it was any other situation I'd make Bell prove he was worth starting before I put him in my lineup, but it still bothers me.

ETA: frick it, I'll do it. If news changes Sunday morning I can always change that. Thanks.

FWIW I'm starting Patrick if I don't get Boston Scott on waivers tonight.

I thought about submitting a waiver for Scott, but I'm trying to climb the waiver wire, and I took a gamble that there would be some good options in free agency. I picked up Tua, and someone in my league was depending on Fitzpatrick.

Yeah Bell hasn’t had much practice time with the chiefs and needs to learn the playbook. There is no telling how much he will play. I would sit bell

Yeah, I kept Mike Davis in the RB2 slot and put Fulgham in my WR2 slot for the Thursday game. Put Patrick and Godwin in flex. Might be the last game I can start Fulgham with confidence, and this week will help me decide between Patrick and Jeudy.

Thanks for the advice.

Is Fant on IR? And if he comes back, which would be a safer bet ROS? Jeudy or Patrick?

As long as Davis is healthy and starting, gotta milk him for one more week.

I took as 2 RBs, 2 WRs, TE and two Flex spots.

Ah. If so, then OP has it right, but I’d probably swap bell with J Jackson. Give bell a game to see what he can do.

I have CEH and bell also but I want to give it a week to see how they use bell.

CEH and Davis are my RB's.

Ridley and Fulgham (Thurs night) are my WR's.

I have 2 flex and 1 superflex, and I wouldn't feel good about benching Godwin or Burrow.

So I've got Patrick in the open flex. I hope he can play in the snow.
