Gresham for R. Matthews?

Sorry. Doing 10 things at once.

I proposed something else. Just counter if you don't like them. Everyone on my roster is up for grabs for the right price. I'm 2-5. I don't care.

If you want Nicks, I need a good WR in return.

And Gresham for Murray would probably be fair.

You turned down both my offers with no counters. That's no fun. Help me out a little.

Sorry. I don't have one to give you. Jordy Nelson is a good WR2. I want to keep him. After that my wr's are crap. Matthews is my only bargaining chip.

Also, if you want a deal with Murray, I'd be willing to probably part with Witten as well, since I don't want two Cowturds starting every week.

This league would be way more fun if we all had some maneuver room on trades - next year we'll go down to 12 teams, and only 4 W/R spots.

Oh well. That's the breaks.

Nicks, Shaub, Fitzmagic, Gresham and Witten are up if anyone else is interested.

Very intriguing, but I can't trade Arian. Dude is just ridiculously talented and explosive.

This is actually the 2nd league I've made this exact trade in. Needed RB help in both. And I wound up with Steve Smith as a bench player in all 3 leagues. Didn't even realize it - lucky me

This is the only league that I still have a shot in so I hope it helps us both - If Mathews breaks his leg next week, I'll go ahead and start looking for your replacement next year

You can't replace the champ. I'll take my trophy and go home.

Who are we kicking out?

MSM - only if Mathews gets hurt in the near future though. I like MSM so I'd hate to do it.

I suppose ZZ has earned the right to be kicked out since starts 2 bye week players every single Sunday. Yet he still stays involved on the league page and in TD threads regarding the league. It's inexplicable really.

I'm thinking we won't kick out any founding members who want to remain. (except MSM depending on R. Mathews fate, of course)

**Scratch that - it appears ZZ has started a full lineup each week. Maybe that was last year I was thinking of. Cubs and Trola are the only ones to start bye week players this year.

If anyone wants some Tuesday afternoon comedy, go look at grif's lineup

I am shaping up. I already owned up to that faux pas. And it was really my way of putting affirmative action in to play... I played Bonds that week.

The posters who aren't participating in this thread should be in an elimination pool for next year's league, IMO. That exhibits a gross lack of interest and concern in our league.

I like the 14 team league. We should just cut back on starting positions for rb/wr. or replace it with a flex that includes TE.

I kind of like the 14-team league as well. And cutting back on rb/wr spots would add more good players to the mix than cutting back to 12 teams would. I'm thinking something like this:

1 RB
1 WR
1 RB/WR
1 RB/WR/TE

And also cutting back the bench by 1 player. I think this would really open up the good players, would encourage trades and wire transactions, and wouldn't kill a team whose 1st round pick gets injured. We could always start 2 QBs as well - I've heard of other leagues doing this and it sounds fun (though I think we'd have to cut TDs down to 4 points rather than 6)
