Season-long Guillotine league winning bids

I figured we could keep a running tab of winning bids in our leagues to help each other going forward.

I'm in a few guillotine leagues, so some players will be listed multiple times. I'll list them with the name and the winning bid/runner-up bid, which will help determine if someone just overbid. I'm not including $0 winning bids.
