I don’t mind like a quarter point or so but it’s always seemed incredibly skewed to receptions. A reception for a yard being worth more than a nine yard run has always been retarded as hell to me. Same with leagues who have 4 point passing touchdowns and 5 point 50+ field goals. On no planet should a field goal score you more points than a guy throwing an actual touchdown.

With that being said I don’t care enough to sign a petition. If that’s what people like more power to them.

It’s satire. I really hate ppr, though. Don’t understand why everyone likes it so much.

We went to fractional scoring for kickers this year. I think a kicker hitting a 60 yarder is definitely worth the same for a RB getting a TD.

I was fervently anti-PPR for a long time but have gotten so used to it now. Something doesn’t sit right about getting points for a play that loses yardage.

Meh. Which receiver had a better day:

6 for 62 and a TD
1 for 62 and a TD

Being involved in the game should matter IMO.

Which WR had the better day?

5 catches for -30 yards?
1 catch for 9 yards

Ppr are for millennials who can’t draft deep RB rosters and need help. Everyone gets a trophy bullshite.

What if a I told you of a receiver gets a point for a -2 yard catch a run should get a pint for a -2 yard carry. PPR is for pussies.

They had the same game. Being involved means nothing. And it’s certainly not worth 5 more points

Has this ever happened? Because my example has.

ETA: Also, if you aren’t using fractional scoring for yards then that’s on you. 2 points vs. 1.9 points in your scenario.

That’s your opinion. The receiver who was involved in the game was much more valuable to his team, which is what fantasy football was ultimately meant to be based on.

By your logic of being involved.......which RB had a better day:

6 for 62 and a TD (rushing alone)
1 for 62 and a TD (receiving score)

Being involved should matter. So a RB that catches the ball vs one that runs it is more involved? GTFO

The first one is. If this bothers you maybe you should join a points per carry league.

ETA: Misread your post. The 2nd player is more involved if they’re getting work in the passing game. If that bothers you maybe do what I suggested above.

You can offset high volume receivers by having big play bonuses and big TD bonuses. Whining about PPR being unbalanced is weak shite.

I actually misread what you posted. The player who’s producing in both the rushing and passing game is more involved.

So, no, we don’t agree.

What?

Dude it’s a damn game. Relax. Let people score how they want to.

Fantasy was based on the idea of making NFL games even more entertaining to watch and for friends to shite talk one another.

There are a ton of ways to play fantasy, and as long as your league is in agreement and you enjoy playing, they’re all correct.

Why are you telling me this? I’m not the one calling a certain scoring system bullshite or for pussies.

I don’t care how people play but complaining about PPR when there are Standard Leagues out there is hilarious to me.

Maybe you should direct this at those complaining about certain scoring systems ITT. You seem to be confused.
