League members!!!
I want y'all's thoughts on making this a keeper league next year. We would start fresh with a new draft next year then would start keeper league year 1. We have a solid core of guys so a keeper league would work very well I think

Meh, part of the fun for me is mocking/ranking/spreadsheets & gearing up for a fresh draft each year. Obviously I'll be down if everyone else is.

I'd prefer not to move to keepers, but I'm not going to drop out or anything if we do. If we were going to make a big change, I'd rather try an auction league.

Mocks would still happen. 2 keepers, and you lose the round ahead of where you drafted them. No 1st rounders kept. You will still have a normal draft, but lose 2 rounds for whatever players you keep.

I could be down for that. So if I drafted Gronk in the 3rd this year and want to keep him next year, it costs my next year's 2nd no matter if it's 13 overall or 24 overall?

What if you were 12th pick? 13 overall would be steep. Now 1 & 24 would be different.

Yea, either reverse order of finish the year before or random order will be picked long before keepers are due

Keepers are cool with me. I'd say random for the draft order. Even with two keepers, there's still a lot of turnover from the year before, so it's not really necessary to give the bad teams from the previous year any advantage.
ETA: Plus, if it was reverse order of the standings, you'd have teams tanking late in the year to try and come in last.
