i've had the houston D for the past 2 seasons, and their problem is that the texans' horrible offense/qb play puts them in bad spots all game long.

I was going to ask, is the jags defense really this good?

The Texans probably weren't playing on an even playing field, given the flooding and such (no one wants to make excuses, but this clearly was a factor along with QB play). They should get back on track this week though, BUT it is a short week and they have to travel (but, Cincy looked BAD). Might be good for them to get out of the city.

Jags defense is legit. They are loaded with talent.

Their offense is beyond horrible and I don't think Watson is going to help matters until next year.

Houston's problem is the offense.

Jax had 10 sacks, 1 Watson pick with a 67 yard return, 3 fumbles (2 by Savage most likely considerably behind the line of scrimmage)

Houston also only had 2 RZ trips and only scored on 1...

if you have that many negative plays, and soul sucking plays very few defenses can keep playing at a high level.

exactly, when the opposing offense gets the ball inside your 35 yard line, the defense is almost guaranteed to give up points, even if they allow zero yards.

They've been loaded with talent though. Is this finally the year it works?

I picked up the jags to stream this week. Would be really nice if I can just stick with them.
