Need some opinions about trade involving AB and Mixon

Standard scoring 12 team league
I would give up AB and Brieda
He gives up Mixon and T. Boyd
My current roster

I feel like I would upgrade at RB and hopefully only slightly decrease in WR as Boyd has been really good. Am I off base in thinking that?

Why? It would give me two top ten rb and i have at the very least two top tier wr 2. This is a standard league where rb outscore wr consistently.

I kind of like it, but I also think that Mixon is a high end rb1 if he stays healthy. Also Boyd has been pretty good himself. It's a rb1 and wr2 for a rb2 and wr1. Especially in standard this might be the kind of trade you want to make.

Thats my school of thought too. I don't get the guys thinking this is some awful trade.

I made a mistake and didn’t realize this was standard, so used to PPR, it’s not bad, Mixon should be pretty good going forward, you are basically swapping your best player and replacing him with what will be your best player/RB.

I think Mixon is a big upgrade from Breida while id only lose a little with going from ab to boyd.
I could be wrong and boyd could fall off a cliff though. Just trying to get some outisde opinions.

I love Mixon more than most so I don’t think this is that bad of a trade but you are reaching to say the least that you’d only be losing a little going from AB to boyd.

I’m still not doing the deal here.
This trade doesn’t make your team significantly better.
In the end you are giving up the best player in the deal.

As much as I love Mixon, this is where I'm at as well. I don't know that I've ever made a trade where I didn't receive the best player in the deal.

Well AB only has 13.8 more points than Boyd in this league. I know boyd is un proven over a course of a season but that's the risk.
