I also think you should take the $15 out from your entry fee.

If I do that everyone can just pay an extra $1.25

We have to finish our slow draft before August 5th. I'm getting surgery and have no idea what condition I'll be in

First, I hope you're ok bro. Second this is new info and we might be able to start it a little early if everyone is cool with it.

I feel like a douche saying that, and I'll pull out if it inconveniences everyone else. That's why I was pulling for a singular online draft. I may be able to do it while fricked up on pain meds (much to yalls delight and my chagrin LOL)

Hope it's nothing serious man. What's up?

I'm fine starting earlier if everyone is signed up ready to go. Having first pick I would love to wait as long as possible - September anyone?!? - but I'm good starting this weekend - Fri evening?

That's another reason we may not want to rush it.

NFL season starts Sept 10th on Thursday night game. We can start draft THU August 27th and have 10 days full days to complete draft by Mon Sept 7th. Then have 2 days to input rosters by Wednesday Sept 9th.

Or we can try to start this weekend rushing everyone and have to finish before Aug 5th.

I'm okay with either, but we should decide soon.

Carson, at least sign up at clicky while you're at it.

ETA: Btw, how long you going to be recovering? Info helps as we have the auction set for Aug 16th online ESPN.

no clue. it varies person to person, they said. I think I can do it.

if everyone votes to start on the 24th, thats fine too. does clicky have mobile drafting? I will be in Cooperstown for Biggio's HOF induction, but will be fine if there is mobile

Carson has surgery so we're discussing changing it to Friday.

I'm fine with that. I'll have the money for the slow draft on Friday. How long do we have to make a pick?

Best wishes on the surgery bro. We can work around your downtime.

Since clicky is mobile friendly - just point your phone browser to the draft, I suggest either get this started quick - priority to all owners /or/ start later since NFL season opener is pushed back. We can still do Auction 8/16 if Carson thinks he's go for it - 11 days post-op.

Didn't we wait a max 8 hours last year?

The clock is on auto-pause, but we do need to finish by Aug 5th if we're going early.

Last year we did 8am-10pm clocked with 8 hours per pick. Since we're using a slow draft site and get email notifications when it's your turn to pick, I would think we could blow through this in a few days. Everyone just needs to have their draft board ready.
