I like KC a lot, but if the Browns want to inject some real juice, they should find a qb that can hit the broad side of a barn.

I thought we would be doing this is early August when there would be more traffic. I still think it will be valuable to some folks to read through the thread to see picks and thoughts as they were happening. I know it would have been helpful to me.

Unfortunately, not only did the draft move to Sleeper, but so did most of our chatter.

I do appreciate you helping to keep this updated.

Nailor, think he has a chance to be a legit starting option

Let's see if Matthew Golden makes any strides in year 2.

Strange i couldn't find any TD pictures.

Thought about taking TE here, but at this point they are all the same and I'll end up streaming the position. May as well build some WR depth instead.

From what I've heard so far is that GB really wants Golden to be the number 2 receiver in 2 wr sets.

Man, the RB options dried up so quickly. I only have 3 running backs(none good) and there isn’t another one on the board that I am even the least bit interested in drafting . I was hoping by drafting TE(McBride) and QB(Lamar Jackson) early that runs on those positions would leave me with more RB and WR options. That never happened and good players at those positions are still available. This draft was a great learning experience.

I went for zero RB once I saw all of thost RBs went at the beginning of the second with the same idea as you in the sense that there would be good RBs later. I got a few that I do like. But, nothing to get too excited about. That's why I took 4 in a row.

I'll go with a high upside backup QB...

Trevor Lawrence

I did zero RB last year in 2 leagues and it bombed bad in my face. Not saying it doesn't work or can't work, but it did not do well for me. It didn't help I had Nabors as my number 2 in one league .

Great value for Lawrence...

I didn't want to go zero RB, but there just wasn't anymore left when it was my turn to pick. I wanted to go hero RB. I had a bunch that I was eyeing because I think there are a lot of really good receivers in the middle rounds. But, I am not gonna go reaching for the RBs that I have ranked considerably lower.

Thought I could push QB one more round, didn’t foresee you taking Lawrence already having Hurts.

Good pick, that one hurts…

Drives me crazy when I am waiting on QB and people take their second QB before I get my first one.

Thankfully I already had a QB at that point. I've been in a league for over 15 years and the same guy will take a QB in round 5 or 6 then turn around and take another one in the 8th even if we only have 10 teams. It's fricking crazy. I have to draft QBs earlier than I would like to in that league because of that.

I don't actually get mad. People should draft who they want to draft. I just like to bitch about it and mess with people about it.

To be fair, I reaaaally don't trust Hurts, but his possible value was too high at the time. I knew I was going with a high backup, and when Nix, Stafford and Dart all went since I picked, I had to jump.
