all of those (save Murphy,Evans) have comp in front of them. Evans is a bomb "threat" WR2/3(stallworth) type.

this guy: 6'4' / 218

and that they'd sign him to a 4 year deal off the practice squad solidifies their intentions to make him involved in their offense for years.

How much value does Matt Forte have going forward?

I am offering either J. Maclin or M. Wallace for him. Is this fiar?

What about Felix Jones plus either Macllin or Wallace for Forte?

I traded him away, I can't stand the low rush averages.

I'd probably hold on to this, no bye week with Felix

Different player want to send me R. Torain for J. Maclin. Straight up.

I need RB help, am strong on WR's.

Any news on Torain's knee?

Ryan Torain was spotted Monday with his left knee heavily wrapped.
Torain insists he is fine, but it's worth noting that his last touch came on the Redskins' first series in the fourth quarter.

check out Torain's Pro-History

he only lasts about 2 games on average before he out for long stretches with injury

He might go 4-5 games this year, but having issues again is a legit concern in his acquisition.

Felix Jones needed an I.V. and vomited at halftime of the Cowboys' Week 6 loss to the Vikings.
More ammo for those inclined to believe that Jones can't shoulder a typical feature back's workload.

Updating a previous item, Steve Smith (ankle) was a full participant in his return to practice Wednesday.
The Gaston Gazette confirms that Smith "is expected to play" in Week 7 against San Francisco. "I feel like I’m healthy," said Smitty. "I’m out of the boot and I don’t have much pain so I’m able to move around. I feel good." The 49ers rank 11th against the pass, but have given up nine passing touchdowns through six games. Consider Smith a WR2 heading into the matchup.

Pierre Thomas (high ankle sprain) was held out of practice Wednesday.
Thomas might try to test the ankle later in the week, but for now his odds of playing in Week 7 don't look good. The Saints play the Browns on Sunday.

people are not going to look and start Kaeding this week not thinking twice about it

Pick-up Brown if you're going against a Kaeding owner just before the game starts to rub it in his face

Kash,

Was shocked to see you all the way back on page three. What's up this week? Vacation?

Saw the note about Kaeding, which got me thinking about how the Chargers are falling apart (a la Floyd, e.g.). Was wondering if you've got any scoop on Mathews because I hear he didn't practice yesterday. I've got LT on a bye and with Portis ruled out, by only choices are Mathews v. a pretty stingy Pats D or Brandon Jackson v. the Vikes.

Any info.? Advice?

Gives a little added value to Garcon.

Dear Kash MIA,

Thought you probably knew about this, but maybe some didn't.

Well, better to be busy than not is what I always say.

Update on Dallas Clark:

quote:

The Indianapolis Colts have announced TE Dallas Clark (wrist) will undergo wrist surgery next week and will be placed on Injured Reserve, ending his 2010 season.

Looks like the Colts need to keep a surgeon on retainer.

With Colle out, too, will be good for Anthony Gonzalez if he can stay healthy. We might be seeing more Blair White, too.
