It's early but looking to spice up my FF league

I've been the commish of a league for 10 years and its getting a little stale. What would fire up my league is a format where we could start with a new line up every week. Something that any player could be on multiple teams. Say everybody could have brees and AP if they chose to. It would also have to have a weekly auto draft for the guys, on occasion, that weren't all over it so I wouldn't have to pick teams for them.
I wouldn't mind an auction type situation but ideally there wouldn't be a money value on each player. We don't mind paying for the service. Does anybody out there know of such a site? I didn't see one last year. TIA

Get a sweet trophy. I know that doesn't change the actual results but if you have a sweet trophy it definetly spices the league up. I got one for our league and it definetly spices the league up.

We got a trophy last year and that's helps.

I did the trophy thing already and it didn't stick. I planned on doing a Stanley cup theme where a new stand was added every year. One guy started griping bc he had already won a couple times and didn't have it around to enjoy. I guess I should've done it in the beginning.
That and we are all spread out. Me in Houston, one in California, Arkansas, watson, jeanerette, 2 in Gonzales and the rest in BR. It's not like you can parade the trophy around and rub it in people's faces.
We also did the live draft for years but last year was the first time we had to do it online. To me, that was most of the fun. Everybody really enjoyed the live draft.

Simple concept. Pick whoever you want any week with no bench. Similar to some playoff challenges I've seen except its the regular season. All the so called experts grab the consensus #1's for that week and I stomp their arse with scrubs.
How many of you remember Houston's third running back coming in after Dominick Davis got hurt in 2005? Nobody? Well I do bc I had him. He started the first week of the playoffs. 167 yards and 2 TDs in the first half before he got hurt. Johnathon Wells #45 from river ridge, la. who also played at ohio state. That's what I'm talking about.
This format would force people to find diamonds in the rough or get embarrassed by a team full of trash. It cuts out trades, handcuff stealing and things some people deem as unfair. All that's left is raw team management.

My league doesn't do an actual trophy. We bought a generic white helmet from academy, and when you win the league, you sign it and personlize it (team name and year), and the following year they pass it on to the new champion and repeat.

We have a deflated football on a pedestal for the worst team of the season. Mandate that the trophy be displayed in the living room of the home they live in.
We also have a rule where the worst team of the year has to buy the keg for the next year's draft party.
Makes things interesting for the top few ppl in the playoffs and the bottom few trying to not buy a keg or have a shitty trophy in their living room.

Play a league average game per week so if you lose 155 to 163 at least you go 1-1 that week because the average was 109. I play that on RTSports, great site
