Forte is the #5 RB since he began splitting reps

You would've assumed Lamar Miller to have a big week last week. But SD really hasn't given up a big game to a RB since Ware in W11

Regardless I'm still starting Forte

Under no circumstance would I start Aiken over Watkins.

Law of averages say Murray is due for a 100+ yards and a big game. Like his talent and matchup more so than Aiken

I can see PIT jumping out huge, then pounding and controlling the clock. Also see them focusing on Aiken, as he is their best player. But he doesn't have the talent to overcome a defensive game plan while his team is trying to play from behind. Could be wrong just how I see it

PPR

2 of these 3 at RB: Lamar Miller, Denard Robinson or Karlos Williams.

1 of these 2 at WR: Tate or DJAX

Flex: The RB or WR not chosen above.

I hope Beckham getting suspended doesn't hand me a loss. Losing my 1st round pick via suspension in the championship game sucks. I drafted Foster as well. I hope this isn't a whatif game for me.

Let's throw out Williams: there is a lot of steam coming out of the gillislee camp in buffalo

Miller and denard
Tate
Djax

No time for self loathing. The best "team" will probably win 10% of championships. The hot teams will win.

Tower
Brown
Tye for now

Think you wanna spilt the saints regardless. Could go karlos and Snead if drew plays

If Alston doesn't go, you may very well have the two top pass catchers in their respective offenses. Miller has higher ceiling, I like tye's floor better

I was the hot team heading into his weekend, averaging 177 the last two weeks and I've won 6 straight.

Sucks to have to make roster decisions due to a suspension.

My current roster was already set to what you recommended.

TY

10 team, standard, first place $250, 2nd place $150

QB - Rivers or Cousins?
RB - L. Miller/T. Hightower/Yeldon/Bolden
WR - I'm happy with current line up of A. Brown/ B. Marshall, though concerned against NE/Baldwin in the flex slot
TE - Gronk
D - Cards
K - Santos (Cle) or J. Brown (Min)

RBs Available on waiver:
J. White
CAP
C. Michael
D. Brown
B. Powell
M. Gillislee

Thinking I should pick up White and play as RB2. Or Gillislee only because my opponent picked up Karlos and I think it would be hilarious if Gill gets more points.

Sorry, should've been more clear. I'm thinking I should pick up a rb to replace Hightower. Maybe Miller.

Powell and White have been money, but that's in PPR. I dont think they return as much value in a standard. Id be looking for who will get the most carries, and that's hightower and miller in theory. Michael got 18 last week, he could be a sneaky option. Though i dont see anything cut and dry to make you change what you got.

For QB, Id go Cousins by a hair. If you like Rivers more I dont hate it.

Standard scoring. Rivers tonight or roll the dice with Brees, with Bridgewater as a fail safe come Sunday.

Pete Carroll says Baldwin will be a game time decision. Woody is making a last second run in my decision making. Just hate starting a week off disappointed especially since it's the first of two week championship match

So woodhead vs aiken?

Just made this post in another thread

quote:

Are Woodhead's TDs flukes, though? Most Red Zone targets amongst RBs with 16

10 RZ receptions = same as Deandre Hopkins, Calvin, and Fitz

You gotta point total sitting near 50
Raiders are giving 5.5

So from a SD standpoint, a close game or playing from behind, points will be scored, equals $$$ for Woodhead. Donald Brown gets limited if SD goes to catchup/shoot out mode .

I dont make guarantees, but Im confident Woodhead matches and or eclipses Aiken's catch total. Yards, probably Aiken, obviously. But Id take that 10 point floor, see if we can add some rushing and receiving yards to it, maybe a TD, and take it.

I think in a 2 week championship match, it's a risk you run. The difference between woodhead and aiken is minimal, but woodhead offers the upside. Just run with it
