Holy shite! I had no idea. I took some crappy backend starters just to guarantee that I can hit the 6 starts per week, Well that fricked up the back end of my draft. I can go drop two crappy pitchers now.

Yea I thought that discussion put the innings thing to rest. I had assumed Saves and holds were seperate cats

Well you are better off the way it currently is then, because you would be punting TWO cats if saves and holds were separated.

Well, it's good for you (and me for that matter) that they aren't separate cats because we are both weak at RP.

I probably would have drafted a closer if they were separate categories.

And I'm already punting two cats as I set my pitching up with the goal of pitching minimum innings

I won't beat anyone in innings and more than likely sholds

Lets be honest here TBM....Reddfig told everyone to go over the rules and constitution and express any issues.

I specifically recall Marle giving it a thumbs up.

I doubt 1 TBM liked it and the other didnt.

What do you have available for an arm, Rondo?

Everyone, PLEASE read through the entire constitution carefully before the draft. I don't want there to be any confusion when it comes to drafting.

For instance, does everyone know that a player that has never played in a MLB game is NOT eligible to be on the active roster?

Does everyone know that once a player reaches 400 ABs or 150 IP that he is no longer eligible to be on your minors roster, even if he is in the minors IRL?

These are important rules that were decided upon based on prior history in other leagues throughout the years. Just want everyone to understand every rule in the book before the draft begins.

I gave thumbs up too

I didn't look at the scoring as I assumed I had a grip on what it was and that anything out of the ordinary would have been brought up. We talked for 3 pages on the ops/slg/OBP thing. Figured a thing like IP would've been discussed. Guess it was a Harry carry committee thing

Think of all the time we could've had to discuss the league rules if everyone wasn't in a hurry to draft.

I'm not blaming anyone but myself

I should've read through the scoring, but in the past, something like that would usually be brought up in the threads

Ron, is IP a cat in HC league?

If so, I'm thinking the committee felt it may have been the norm and nothing out of the ordinary
