He can run his team how he wants, and I have a dynasty team on this site where I did a complete overhaul and my team is God awful at the moment so I get it. But 3 out of 8 weeks failing to meet the minimum innings pitched requirement?
Looking at the rules ...
D. Stat Requirements
1. Each team must pitch a minimum of 35 IP OR have at least six starts per week.
2. Each team must pitch a minimum of 665 IP per season.
3. Teams not meeting the weekly pitching requirements will forfeit all pitching stats for the week.
4. Teams not meeting the yearly pitching requirements will not be eligible for the playoffs.
5. Anyone intentionally ignoring these rules is subject to being voted out of the league.
6. During the finals and 3rd place matchup (two-week scoring period) the innings pitched requirement is increased to 70 IP OR at least 12 starts.
I'm not calling for anyone to get kicked out of the league, but something has to be done to stop that shite.

Has he had 6 starts in any of those 3 weeks? Not sure if that is automatically enforced by fantrax.
