What are the options?
Could easily separate a category like WHIP much the same way we spilt OPS into OBP and slug
Take away IP & WHIP
Add H/9 & BB/9
Anything is better than IP

I'll have to think on other options. Just IP has nothing to do with the quality of your team.
It really takes the strategy out if managing your staff too. Most guys are just starting everyone BC you can win 2 of the 6 cats just based on volume.

Fine with the way it is. I think it balances out reliever heavy teams that focuses on ratios. If we remove IP, I'd rather just move it to a 5x5.

I get your point, but to be fair, I only streamed one pitcher this week and he gave up one run. I can't help it if my staff blows and I have a lot of them

IP didn't factor in any drafting strategy
It's the only stat we use that doesn't judge quality. We have 11 other cats that reflect quality and then this turd
We go as far as to focus in on quality that take away points on a CS, and change W's to QS because we know not all wins are quality, yet we can win a category simply by having more innings pitched

It factored in mine, which is probably why I won the league last year. Just because you cant win a category, you dont have to bitch about it every week.

And your team has little hope bro. I don't want to win IP every week. I'd rather have a top 3 staff in this league. I'll never chase IP at the expense of other categories.
