Anyone got a really old starting pitcher that's performing well that they'd like to cash in for a prospect? I'd like to buy
Available:
Harrison Bader -- one of best hitters in AA despite being one of the youngest
Alex Verdugo -- he'll be starting in RF for the Dodgers by May next season at 20 years old
Gleyber Torres -- a consensus top 30 prospect that has come alive after a terrible April (850 OPS in May as 2nd youngest player in league)
Amed Rosario -- has jumped into top 50 prospect conversation and probably higher
Luis Ortiz -- made his AA debut this week at 20 striking out 6 batters in 6 innings and allowed just 1 ER

Good one. I remember him sitting out there abnormally long after his injury
the small benches in this league result in everyone dropping good players at one point.

I've often wished we had a 25 man MLB roster (one more than we have now), but people shite on the player pool so much as it is that I haven't bothered bringing it up.

I really wish my players would stop having kids in the middle of the season.

Do it and increase the milb roster while you're at it. Thanks

Down for that even more than increasing spots on the MLB roster. That idea got shat on a few months back though.

see, im torn, as i could use an extra roster spot, but then again, the last few pages have shown a few gems that we uncovered that have been able to help teams this year. Adding 1 roster spot means 20 less guys in the pool. Meaning there is no Jackie Bradley in the pool, or Michael Saunders, or Rick Porcello. Fringe guys that would remain on teams. And if we dont have these type of guys, it removes an exciting part of the game; finding guys like this.
a problem i had, and this may be what you are going through right now, is you have an unbalanced numbers of hitters and pitchers, with more pitchers. In such a deep league it is hard to drop anyone worth a damn. With that being said, you get in a pinch when one of your hitters gets a day off and you have no replacement. That has been especially true on Sunday's for me, ive had a few weeks on the line and Sunday seems to be a popular day off for my players, and i just end up getting fricked.

To be honest, I'd probably just add another reliever if we had an additional slot.

Salv Perez loves facing the Redd Machine. OPS of 2.318 thru 2.5 games.

Nay.
We already have 200 milb roster spots in this league... that's not enough?

Nope.

I'll just have to disagree. I could easily find 5-10 more guys to add, but if we go to 300 or 400 milb players rostered, just seems excessive.
I'd much rather add another active roster spot.

yea i dont really care either way, but it will never be "enough".

Yea I agree, I like that there is a slim chance to uncover a gem. More MLB roster spots would almost make add drops useless
Def don't need more minor spots. Honestly I wish I didn't have to have minor guys st all
