I could swap a comparable SP for an OF if we see eye to eye on a value

Got the prospects if an added kicker is needed

Talking other deals w the same guy, I don't like leaving it out there and having someone accept it from under me

For shits and giggles, what could I have gotten prospect wise for Cruz? Be honest.

How do you feel about sean newcomb?

Honestly I would not have straight up traded brinson, meadows, Keller or Mendez 1 for 1 for Cruz. Mainly bc my offense is good enough already, partially by he's old, injury prone, and destined to fall off sooner than later imo

You did 1 mil times better than you would've done w me. Im dumbfounded you got springer for Cruz

He's actually been pretty healthy lately, oddly enough.

I didn't really have room for any more prospects anyway, but was curious. Boo seems to be concerned about his future, with good reason. His farm was probably the weakest in the league. That's probably why the early pick and de la Cruz were appealing to him along with Nelson.

Too many good prospects have been picked from free agency to have a guy a ODLC and 1.7 be a kicker in a springer/Cruz swap imo

If springer is advertised on the open market he will bring a haul

I'm not going to even count the number of prospects I've added from FA and subsequently traded.

But just a quick glance at Law's top 40, No. 40, 37, 31, 21 and 3.

Yeah you're famous for that shite

A ton of top guys over the years have been added. It's like 5 or 6 teams add em and disperse them to the rest of the league through trades

I don't know if MWG puts the time in it like I do. Not saying that in a negative way. I think he's better at it than I am.

It's fricking time consuming to follow milb stats and remembering to read weekly reports from multiple sites.

I spend more time on milb than MLB. Not exactly a wise plan, but it interests me more at this point.

Lots of people neglected their MiLB in the draft, nothing wrong with that, it just led to some abysmal systems.

It's easier to build thru add/drops. I can't even start to list some of the guys I've had my hands on. And replaced them with guys that were nearly just as good in the end

That's due to the shallow keeper MiLB keeper pool. In a 20 team with only 200 kept, it's really nothing. It is what it is though... I get not everyone wants to look outside a top 100 list and fill their squads but a bunch of rookie relievers and Joe Schmoes.
